Geert Kloppenburg traveled to Rouen to see first-hand the changes they made by introducing their new BRT system. BRT expert Sebastian Holstein (Transdev) shows him around and they discuss the changes in the modal split, the benefits of a priority lane and how to solve the problem of the left turn if there is a bus priority lane in the middle.
